I have stress burnout, how many sessions before I feel better?
Therapy is not about how many sessions until you feel better but a holistic overall look at your life.
We want clients to keep doing their work after they feel better to get to the root causes of issues.
This being said, usually, clients report they feel better in a few sessions. We, however, do not want you to return with the same issues at a later point, so we encourage you to keep working on yourself.

We look at 1. when the burnout started, 2. why it started, 3. how you are coping, 4. how can we assist you to process vs cope, 5. reprocess the burnout, and much more. Therapy is about looking at how people cope and helping them process. There is a huge difference between the two ways of being. Processing will help you long term, whereas coping will help you short term.

Our goal is to treat holistically by seeing your strengths, reminding you of your strengths, and integrating therapies that best suit your strengths. Our treatment plans differ from other therapy clinics as we are always focused on treating gestational pains that may be blocking your full potential—meaning original pains that are there and we have suppressed or ignored to cope. Through this lens, we see all symptoms as coping from original pains. Our goal is to treat the original pain as quickly as possible so we can fire ourselves as your therapist as soon as possible, allowing you to become your own therapist.
